اثر تعرضه لاعتداء.. وزير التعليم العالي يطمئن على صحة عميد كلية القانون بجامعة ميسان ويؤكد ضرورة محاسبة المتورطين بالحادث

بغداد / نينا/ اطمأن وزير التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي الدكتور حيدر بهاء الحسني، في اتصال هاتفي أجراه في ساعة متأخرة من الليل ، على صحة عميد كلية القانون في جامعة ميسان الدكتور حسنين ضياء نوري اثر تعرضه لاعتداء، معرباً عن استنكاره للحادث ومؤكداً متابعة الاجراءات القانونية المتعلقة به.

وذكرت الوزارة في بيان :" ان الوزير اجرى ايضا اتصالا هاتفيا برئيس جامعة ميسان الدكتور عادل مانع لمتابعة الاجراءات المتخذة بشأن الحادث، موجهاً بمتابعة الموضوع مع الجهات الأمنية والقضائية المختصة والعمل على تحديد المتسببين بالاعتداء وملاحقتهم قانونياً وتقديمهم إلى العدالة".

واكد الحسني ضرورة استكمال الاجراءات القانونية ومحاسبة المتورطين في الحادث وفق الاطر القانونية المعتمدة.

وقد تعرض عميد كلية القانون في جامعة ميسان، الاستاذ الدكتور حسنين ضياء نوري، مساء امس الجمعة الى اعتداء قرب منزله من قبل اشخاص مجهولين باستخدام ادوات حادة وعصي ، وتم نقله الى المستشفى ./انتهى9
