Al-Asadi said in a statement that among the decisions are “to stop dealing with companies that violate the instructions for a period of one month, and if they continue, their license will be withdrawn, and to reduce the fees on employment applications from one million dinars to 250 thousand dinars.”
He pointed out, "Increasing recruitment of workers from 20 to 40 workers per month, and issuing special IDs to those authorized to visit the ministry's departments."
The decisions also include “providing a monthly report on the situation of female workers employed by others, increasing electronic payment devices (pos) and increasing the number of employees,” according to the Minister of Labor.
Al-Asadi revealed, “Companies are required to submit a quarterly report every 90 days, that is, every three months, about the labor used during these three months, and where it was distributed, whether to homes or to companies.”
He stressed, “Every company that delays in complying with the instructions and submitting reports to the Ministry of Labor is given one month to present its obligations, otherwise it is given a written warning for a month, and identities approved by the Ministry of Labor are issued to the authorized companies to facilitate the review of the authorized persons and their access to the ministry’s departments and get their work done quickly.” /End
