Mosul / NINA / - The mayor of Haj Ali village was injured by bullets from unknown gunmen in the Qayyarah district, south of Mosul.
A source in the Nineveh Police told the National Iraqi News Agency (NINA) that “unidentified gunmen opened fire with light weapons on a Mukhtar in the village of Haj Ali within the Qayyarah district, which resulted in seriously wounding him in the chest area.”
The source added, "Security forces surrounded the scene of the accident and transferred Al-Mukhtar to the hospital after the accident."/End
