BAQUBA / NINA - Unidentified gunmen kidnapped a government employee northeast of Baquba.
A local source in Diyala told the reporter of the National Iraqi News Agency (NINA) that unidentified gunmen believed to be from ISIS kidnapped a government employee near his house in Ashtukan village on the outskirts of Al-Abbara northeast of Baquba and took him to an unknown destination.
He added that the security services had opened an investigation into the incident./ End
