Syria Establishes the Syrian-Iraqi Business Council
Baghdad/NINA/ — Syrian Minister of Economy Nidal al-Shaar has issued a decree establishing the Syrian-Iraqi Business Council, with Zuhair al-Hazza’ appointed to head the council on the Syrian side.
The Federation of Syrian Chambers of Commerce stated that "Syrian Minister of Economy Nidal al-Shaar has issued a decree to form the Syrian-Iraqi Business Council," noting that "Zuhair al-Hazza’ will chair the council on behalf of the Syrian side."
It further added that, under the decree, the council serves as the sole representative of the Syrian side in its engagement with the Iraqi side./ End
