A security source told the reporter of the National Iraqi News Agency (NINA) that a police force found the body of a lecturer in the twenties dumped in a dump near the village of Abu Tamr, on the outskirts of Al-Khalis, north of Baquba, bearing signs of torture, and it was transferred to the forensic medicine department.
