ترأس رئيس الهيئة الوطنية للإستثمار الدكتور حيدر محمد مكية، إجتماعا للجنة تقدير قيمة العقارات العائدة للدولة والقطاع العام لأغراض المشاريع الإستراتيجية والمشاريع ذات الطابع الإتحادي والمشاريع الإستثمارية التي تكون قيمتها (250.000.000) دولار فأكثر.

وأكد رئيس الهيئة، أن اللجنة تؤشر نجاحا في تنفيذ مهامها عبر تحديد الأقيام الخاصة بالعقارات العائدة للدولة والقطاع العام، مبينا أن الهيئة الوطنية حريصة على تطوير واقع مشاريعها الإستثمارية في بغداد والمحافظات كافة.

وأضاف أن الإجتماع ناقش (28) مشروعا في بغداد والمحافظات، وطبيعة الأقيام، والإجراءات المتعلقة بالعقارات العائدة للدولة والقطاع العام المخصصة للمشاريع الإستراتيجية والمشاريع ذات الطابع الإتحادي والإستثمارية، مع حسم الاجراءات باجراء الكشوفات وتزويد اللجنة بالاوليات ليتسنى لها دراسة التقديرات لبدلات الايجار بشكل رصين"./انتهى ح
