وسجل محمد صلاح في الدقيقة (16) وأندي روبرتسون (45) وكودي جاكبو (50) وهارفي إليوت (59) أهداف ليفربول، فيما أحرز ريتشارليسون (72) وسون هيونج مين (77) هدفي توتنهام.

واستعاد ليفربول نغمة الانتصارات بعد تعثرين في الجولتين الماضيتين بالخسارة من إيفرتون (2-0) والتعادل مع وست هام (2-2).

وارتفع رصيد ليفربول بهذا الفوز إلى 78 نقطة في المركز الثالث، بفارق 5 نقاط وراء المتصدر آرسنال مع تبقي جولتين على النهاية، فيما تجمد رصيد توتنهام عند 60 نقطة في المركز الخامس./انتهى9
