بغداد/نينا/أصدرت محكمة جنايات الكرخ حكما بالسجن لمدة سبع سنوات بحق مدان عن جريمة قيامه بتسليم وثائق وصور من هاتفه الشخصي إلى جهات اجنبية تخص مواقع ومصالح حكومية ومؤسسات عامة.

وذكر بيان لاعلام مجلس القضاء,أن "المدان كان يتنقل بين العراق وجورجيا لغرض الدراسة الجامعية وتعرف على اشخاص من الجنسية الأجنبية حيث قام بتزويدهم بمعلومات عن الأجهزة الأمنية وبعض الفرق العسكرية مقابل مبالغ مالية".

وأضاف ,أن "الحكم صدر استناداً لأحكام المادة 182 /2 من قانون العقوبات رقم 111 لسنة 1969"./انتهى2
