الجنائية المركزية: الإعدام بحق مجرم إرهابي شارك بعمليات ارهابية ضد القوات الأمنية في الموصل

بغداد/نينا/أصدرت المحكمة الجنائية المركزية حكما بالإعدام بحق مجرم ارهابي عن جريمة الانتماء لعصابات داعش الارهابية والمشاركة في العمليات الإرهابية ضد القوات الأمنية في مدينة الموصل.

وذكر بيان لاعلام مجلس القضاء , أن "الارهابي اعترف بالانتماء الى عصابات داعش الإرهابية وقام بترديد البيعة وعمل في ديوان الخدمات ثم المشاجب ثم المفارز العسكرية وبعد تحرير المدينة من قبل القوات الأمنية هرب مع عائلته الى دولة تركيا".

وأضاف أن "الحكم صدر استناداً لأحكام المادة الرابعة/ ١وبدلالة المادة الثانية/ 1 و 3 من قانون مكافحة الارهاب رقم 13 لسنة 2005 ./انتهى2
