Member of the Commission for Human Rights, Fadel Al-Gharawi, said in a statement to the official agency that "the fate of all 76 missing persons has been identified, with the exception of 18 missing persons. Search and investigations are still underway about them to find out their fate."
On the other hand, Al-Gharawi pointed out that "there are no accurate statistics about the missing and kidnapped by ISIS terrorist gangs," noting that "their numbers reach hundreds of thousands, and a large part of them were buried in mass graves."
He added, "ISIS terrorist gangs kidnapped women and children from the liberated cities and took them out of Iraq."
The government announced at the end of July of last year that the death toll from the October demonstrations had reached 560 martyrs. / End
