Baqubah / NINA /- Three soldiers were killed and wounded in the explosion of an explosive device, east of Baqubah, the center of Diyala governorate.
A security source told the correspondent of the National Iraqi News Agency (NINA): "An explosive device exploded in Al-Bijat area, south of Kanaan sub-district, east of Baqubah, targeting an army patrol, resulting in the death of one soldier and wounding two others."
He added, "A military force arrived at the scene of the accident, while the body was transferred to the forensic medicine department, and the injured were transferred to a nearby hospital." / End
