Mosul / NINA /- A civilian was serious wounded by a mortar shell south of Mosul.
A police source told the National Iraqi News Agency (NINA): "A mortar shell landed near the Aqrab (Scorpion) checkpoint south of Mosul."
He added: "The accident resulted in a serious injury to a civilian." / End
