Al-Kut / NINA / - An unidentified gunman assassinated the Deputy Police Chief of Al-Hay district, 40 km south of Al-Kut, Wasit governorate center, Brigadier General Kadhim Erkhais Al-Dawoodi.
A security source told the correspondent of the National Iraqi News Agency (NINA) that an unknown armed man, who was riding a motorcycle, opened fire on Brigadier Erkhais in front of Al-Hay police station, which led to his killing instantly." / End
