Baghdad / NINA /- The security media cell announced the killing of 5 terrorists, including a leader, in the explosion of a booby-trapped house southwest of Haditha.
It stated in a statement that the security forces carried out the "Desert Lions" Operation, which was launched this morning under the supervision of the Joint Operations Command, to search areas west of Anbar, and managed, through a force of Haditha mobilization brigade within Al- Jazeera Operations Command, to chase a vehicle carrying five terrorist elements who tried to hide inside an abandoned building, as this place exploded on them, which turned out to be booby-trapped in Al-Medham area, southwest of Haditha.
He added that the explosion killed all of them, among them the terrorist, known as Abu Qusowara, who is the military commander of the western Anbar sector, it turned out that their vehicle contained 80 explosive devices, and they were dealt with according to the controls. / End
