BASRA / NINA /- The human rights office in Basra announced the death of three demonstrators in an accident where a security vehicle ran over them as it exited the governorate building and was subjected to throwing stones.
Director of the office Mahdi al-Tamimi said in a statement to the National Iraqi News Agency (NINA) that “Basra hospitals recorded three deaths among the demonstrators where a security vehicle ran over and 301 others wounded, including security forces in cases of suffocation with tear gas.
"We have not recorded any cases of gunfire from security forces or demonstrators," Tamimi said./ End
