BAQUBA / NINA / - An army officer was killed this evening by an explosive device explosion east of Baquba.
A security source told the reporter of the National Iraqi News Agency (NINA) that an explosive device exploded in the basin of Nada east of Baquba, targeting a military patrol, which resulted in the death of a major and wounded a soldier.
He added that a military force had arrived at the scene, while the body was transferred to the Department of Forensic Medicine./ End
