Five Kurdish militants PKK killed in Turkish air strikes in northern Iraq
BAGHDAD (NINA) - Five Kurdish militants were killed in air strikes on PKK positions in northern Iraq, the Turkish Defense Ministry said.
"The terrorists have been killed in the ongoing claw operation in the Hawkurk area since 27 May, while two others were killed in a raid on the Zab area," the Ministry said in a statement.
The number of terrorists killed in the "claw" operation rose to 43, the Ministry said.
