He added: "If Turkey has security concerns, then the Iraqi state exists and there must be an agreement between the two countries that will reduce anxiety in the border issue."
He continued, "The Iraqi government is taking all measures against any action towards its territories," noting that the continued repetition of this act is an affront to relations between the two countries, stressing the need for there to be cooperation and solidarity between countries.
