Abdul Amir said in a press statement, "The high recovery rate indicates that many cases have been treated in response to treatments available in hospitals," pointing out that "there are many cases that are mild and got quick recovery, so these numbers are commensurate with the recording two thousand cases in one day. "
He added that "the majority of those who were admitted to hospitals, during the weeks in which we began registering two thousand and more, now they recovered, and this percentage is good and a good sign proves that there is good hospital care for patients."
He continued, "The high rate of recovery has no relation to the curfew, because the curfew is based on the infection rate and not on recovery, as the infections are still high," explaining that "Public health will meet tomorrow as our previous recommendations as a public health are still heading towards a total curfew even if for two weeks."
He pointed out that "tomorrow's meeting will discuss the options, and if there is an option other than the total curfew, it will be submitted to the Supreme Committee for Health and Safety." / End
