A local source in Diyala told the reporter of the National Iraqi News Agency (NINA) today that the abandoned villages within the Metaibijah basin on the border between Diyala and Salah al-Din have become a shelter for IS cells coming from the provinces of Kirkuk and Salah al-Din.
He added that ISIS cells in Metaibijeh and its villages are beginning to use roving detachments to move from one area to another. He warned of attacks against the security points stationed and near to Al-Edhaim district north of Baquba./ End
