بغداد /نينا/ ادى ۳۱ موظفا في رئاسة استئناف واسط اليمين القانونية لمنحهم سلطة محقق قضائي يمارسونها ضمن اختصاصهم الوظيفي امام رئيس الاستئناف القاضي محمد حنظل استنادا لأحكام المادة (٥١/ و) من قانون اصول المحاكمات الجزائية"

و ذكر بيان للمركز الاعلامي لمجلس القضاء الأعلى أن "منح الموظفين سلطة محقق قضائي تأتي استنادا لأحكام المادة (٥١/ هـ) من قانون اصول المحاكمات الجزائية رقم ( ۲۳ ) لسنة ۱۹۷۱ المعدل بقانون رقم (۱۰) لسنة ۱۹۹٥ وبدلالة احكام القسم الرابع من الامر المرقم (۱۲) لسنة ٢٠٠٤"./انتهى9
