Al-Hakim said in a statement, which the National Iraqi News Agency (NINA) received a copy of it that, "some individual deplored behavior continues to target diplomatic missions, especially in the Green Zone in the center of the capital, Baghdad, without being concerned about their dire consequences, which the latest is exposing the reputation of Iraq and the prestige of the state to questioning and skepticism before international public opinion, as well as endangering the lives of the inhabitants of the surrounding areas at risk."
He renewed his "demand for the Iraqi government to secure the necessary protection for diplomatic missions in Iraq and to deal firmly with these acts in order to preserve the country's reputation and the security of its citizens."
