صندوق الاسكان يعلن شروط قرض الـ75 مليون

بغداد/نينا /اعلن مدير عام صندوق الاسكان ضياء موجد عبد الله، الخميس، شروط قرض صندوق الاسكان الـ "75" مليون دينار.

وقال عبد الله في تصريح صحفي، إن "صندوق الإسكان كان له الدور الكبير خلال الفترة الماضية من خلال منح أكثر من 135 الف قرض في العراق".

واضاف، ان"قرض الـ 75 مليون دينار خال من الفوائد ويتم منحه مقابل عمولة إدارية مقدارها 5 بالمائة تأخذ لمرة واحدة فاذا كان 50 مليونا يتم اخذ مليونين ونصف عند تسليم اول دفعة".

واشار الى، ان"مدة تسديد القرض ستكون 20 سنة وسيتم اطلاق القرض الأسبوع المقبل لجميع الموطنين العراقيين بدون استثناء ويكون بشرط الكفيل، مبينا ان الموظفين الموطنة رواتبهم فلا يحتاجون الى كفيل"./انتهى8
