بغداد/نينا/ اكد رئيس مجلس النواب بالنيابة، محسن المندلاوي، ان تصويت المجلس اليوم على مشروع قانون جهاز الأمن الوطني، يهدف إلى تنظيم الوضع القانوني وتحديد اهداف وصلاحيات الجهاز، وتمكينه من ممارسة واجباته في ردع اي خطر يهدد استقرار البلد ونظامه الديمقراطي.

وقال المندلاوي خلال ترؤسه اليوم الخميس للجلسة رقم (٢٤) من جلسات مجلس النواب: حرصنا على انجاز القانون خلال الفصل التشريعي الحالي، وعقدنا لقاءات مع الجهات المعنية، وترأسنا عدد من الاجتماعات بهدف الاسراع في انضاجه، وقد تكللت هذه الجهود بتشريع القانون".

و اعرب المندلاوي " عن شكره للجنة الأمن والدفاع النيابية ودورها الكبير خلال الاشهر الماضية لاستكمال قانون جهاز الأمن الوطني، للنواب الذين صوتوا عليه، ولرئيس جهاز الأمن الوطني عبد الكريم البصري"./انتهى ح
