محكمة جنايات نينوى تجري المحاكمة عبر برنامج الفيديو كونفرس

بغداد/نينا/أجرت محكمة جنايات نينوى محاكمة لاحد المتهمين عبر برنامج الفيديو كونفرس، بالتعاون مع محكمة جنايات الكرخ الأولى التي اشرف عليها رؤساء الاستئناف المختصين.

وذكر بيان لاعلام مجلس القضاء , أن "هذه هي المحاكمة الأولى بتاريخ القضاء العراقي التي تم فيها اتباع تقنية الفيديو كونفرس لمحاكمة متهمين، حيث سبقت هذه المحاكمة حالات لتدوين اقوال شهود ومشتكين بين المحاكم العراقية ومحاكم لدول أخرى".

يذكر أن مجلس القضاء الاعلى اقر في جلسته الرابعة المنعقدة بتاريخ 25 /4 /2024، استخدام تقنية الفيديو كونفرس في تدوين اقوال النزلاء المودعين في دوائر الاصلاح المطلوبين في قضايا أخرى منظورة من قبل المحاكم الجزائية خارج منطقة موقع السجن"./انتهى2
