ممثل الكوتا الايزيدية : هذه تفاصيل مقترح تعديل قانون الناجيات الايزيديات

بغداد / نينا / كشفت لجنة الشهداء والضحايا والسجناء السياسيين ، تفاصيل مقترح التعديل الاول لقانون الناجيات الايزيديات المرسل من قبل رئاسة الجمهورية بتاريخ 8/7/2021 .

وقال ممثل الكوتا الايزيدية النائب نايف خلف سيدو ، في بيان صحفي اليوم الاربعاء، ان " التعديل المقترح من رئاسة الجمهورية لا يشمل تغيير اسم القانون ، انما يشمل فقط فقرة تعديل تاريخ الشمول بالنسبة للناجيات من 3/8/2014 الى 10/6/2014 ".

وأضاف، " ناقشنا الموضوع مع رئيس لجنة الشهداء والضحايا والسجناء السياسيين لعقد اجتماع مشترك مع اللجنة النيابية للخروج باتفاق حول الفقرات المراد تعديلها "، محملا رئاسة الجمهورية مسؤولية الاضرار بحقوق الناجيات الايزيديات اللاتي تعرضن لابادة جماعية وقتل وخطف وسبي من قبل العصابات الاجرامية الداعشية ./انتهى5
