Baghdad / NINA /- Hezbollah Brigades confirmed its rejection of the person in charge of forming the government, Mustafa Al-Kazemi, and accused the political majority of "surrendering" to a "sensitive" issue, describing the consensus on his assignment as "a betrayal of Iraqi history and a conspiracy as a declaration of war against the Iraqi people" as it put it.
It said in a statement, "It is unfortunate that the political reality in Iraq has reached this level of inferiority, and that the political forces that represent the majority deal with this surrender on a sensitive issue that does not accept equality."
It added, "This conspiracy is a declaration of war against the Iraqi people," noting that the loyal and patriotic people of this country must take their usual role in rejecting this disastrous deal.
