Al-Obeidi told the National Iraqi News Agency (NINA) correspondent today that "the areas of Mutaybijah and Mayta between Diyala, Salahuddin and Kirkuk have turned into a safe place for IS cells after many cases of infiltration through dusty land roads.
He added that "the danger has become imminent to areas of Diyala and the capital Baghdad. Indicating that the clearance of areas within the basin of Mutaybijah and hold the land and the return of displaced people to abandoned villages will end the threat of ISIS in the region."/ End
