Breaking News-- Stop pumping oil from Kirkuk to Ceyhan after an act of sabotage in Turkey.

BAGHDAD / NINA / A source at the Iraqi oil ministry declared stop pumping crude oil from Kirkuk to the Turkish port of Ceyhan because the carrier tube was subjected to an act of sabotage southeast Turkey today 20, Jan.

He told the National Iraqi News Agency / NINA / that "A huge fire broke out in the pipe in the / Eamourtalik / region southeast Turkey as a result of an act of sabotage."

The source added that "firefighting teams managed to extinguish it."

The pipeline from Kirkuk to the Turkish port of Ceyhan, which carries a quarter of Iraq's oil exports, is often exposed to sabotage. / T ended
