BAGHDAD / NINA / MP, Mohammed Saadoun al-Sihod, from state of law affirmed that insistence some of the blocs on preconditions will complicate the political crisis rather than resolve it.
He told / NINA / "The insistence of the political blocs on the necessity to implement what they see as the remainder of Arbil's agreement, is a fallacy designed to complicate the crisis rather than solve it, because there are things need laws and financial allocations to be achieved, like the Policies Council."
He added: "There are other things depended on the government and the parliament has a role in, such as the appointment of the security Ministers. While the partnership, which some claim, is already present, the three presidencies are distributed to the three main blocs, and the ministries involving all the political blocs."
It is mentioned that the members of the Iraqiya List, confirmed in a press statement earlier, that Iraqiya is ready to accept the reform paper presented by the National Alliance, as long as implementing of previous agreements in Arbil before discussing other subjects that have taken place at the present time. / End
