Higher Education Ministry announces specifications regarding transferring Iraqi students abroad for the academic year 2012-2013.

Baghdad / NINA /--Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, announced specifications regarding transferring Iraqi students abroad for the academic year 2012-2013.

A spokesman for the ministry said in a press statement today that transfer of relatives of Iraqi staff , diplomats ,envoys working abroad to study inside Iraq the same specialty after their parents ending work or tasks , is subjected to certain criteria , as well as the transfer of qualified people returning from abroad who are covered by resolution 441 of 2008.

The source pointed out that the instruction for transfer students studying in countries that experience hot events that require them to back home are covered by acceptable academic grades taking into account their situation. / End
