Baghdad/ NINA /--The Ministry of Science and Technology announced the completion of the project to combat desertification in cooperation with the Ministry of Environment.

According to a ministry’s statement issued today : "The Department of Agricultural Research in the Ministry and the Ministry of Environment accomplished the project through locating the underground water and its properties for irrigation uses in the western desert of Iraq and other where ."/ End
