Two football stadiums completed, in Maysan

Amara (NINA) - The Youth and Sports Department of Maysan Province announced the completion of two football stadiums in the district of Maymuna and Al Musharah area, the total cost was 9.584 billion dinars.

Director of Youth and Sports of Maysan, Haydar Sattar Al Mawla, said to NINA correspondent "Al Maymuna stadium was built on a land of 7 acres and cost of 5.250 billion dinars, it can host 2000 spectators.

He added "the second stadium in Al Musharah area was built on a 10 acres land, it cost 4.334 billion dinars, and a capacity of 2000 spectators, it is dedicated to football and athletics."

He explained "the stadiums will be opened in the next two weeks, while the Majidiya stadium will be opened in three months to be a temporary alternative for Maysan International Stadium which is supposed to complete next year." /End/
